Headquartered in LaFayette, Lookout Mountain CASA originally began in 2000, under an umbrella organization, serving Walker County. Later, the CASA program expanded to Catoosa and Dade counties. Lookout Mountain CASA is now a stand-alone nonprofit serving children in Catoosa, Chattooga, Dade, and Walker counties.
Last year, Lookout Mountain CASA served 57 children with 14 CASA volunteers.
